Avoid direct and indirect sun exposure; sunscreen is needed indoors and outdoors. DO NOT apply SPF at night. The average healing time is 7-10 days. Continue your normal skincare routine after all scabs have fallen off.

DO NOT WEAR MAKEUP until all lesions have fallen off naturally.

DO NOT EXERCISE for 48 hours. Avoid environments and activities that expose you to extreme heat or cause sweating. Do not go into chlorine water (swimming pools or jacuzzi). Avoid sports that come in direct contact with the treated areas.

DO NOT PICK SCABS at any stage of the healing process. Premature removal of scabs can result in hyper-hypo-pigmentation, and or infection.

IN YOUR BEST INTEREST, DO NOT USE other skincare products or facial tools to treat your skin while it goes through this healing process. No exfoliating cleansers, pads, gloves, scrubs, or brushes. The use of exfoliation of any kind, including Glycolic Acid, Salicylic Acid, Benzoyl Peroxide, or Retinol will compromise the treatment and cause unnecessary inflammation, and premature removal of scabs.

DO NOT USE First-Aid Ointment, Vaseline, Shea Butters, or other thick moisturizers. The use of heavy moisturizers will delay the healing process.
